About this course

The WSQ HCIC course is designed to perpare early years educarers who are interested to work with infants and toddlers from 2 to 18 months. The course will equip educarers in the knowledge and skills in caregiving, guidance, provision of appropriate learning experiences and stimulating environment in the care of infants and toddlers

What you'll learn

1. • Demonstrate understanding of how infants grow and develop through the provision of quality learning experiences and setting up of appropriate learning environments;
2. • Develop understanding of the importance of health, safety, first-aid and nutrition;
3. • Gain understanding of the important roles and responsibilities in the care; and
4. • Develop understanding of the importance of health, safety, first-aid and nutrition; and
5. The 120 practicum hours includes 8 hours of learning journey of which 2 hours are visit to centre.
