Role Model the Service Vision: This unit covers knowledge and application skills in role modelling the service vision of an organization. Establish Relationships for Customer Confidence: This unit covers knowledge and application skills to build customer confidence in the organization and to develop customer relationships that build customer loyalty.

If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.
