About this course

At the end of the 2-day course, participants will be able to:

1. • Be familiarised with statistical analytics techniques and tools such as Excel PhStat, PSPP, SPSS and use them to interpret a wide range of data produced by and gathered on behalf of students in order to assess academic progress, predict future performance, and spot potential learning issues
2. • Use scientific methods that enable critical rationalisation between choices for equitable, well-balanced and informed pedagogy approach
3. • Use analytics tools to transform data into visual analytics for performance tracking.
4. • Learn how to use descriptive, predictive and predictive analytics to facilitate decision making
