Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

a) be above 18 years of age to 55 years of age;
b) Course brochure will be provided to learner to explain on the course entry requirement. Screening will be done during registration to check if learner understand basic English.
c) Have knowledge on own work role and corresponding responsibilities
d) Have an understanding of the organisation’s product and service offering.
e) Have an understanding of the organisation’s structure, standard operating procedures and guidelines on customer service
f) Have developed Listening and Speaking of Basic English but weak on reading/ weak will be allowed to join the class. Trainer to use simple English to communicate.
