This PDC equips participants with the strategies to design and implement effective programmes and activities that enhance students' learning and character development. They also learn to develop supervisory skills to manage a centre that provides student-related services, from engaging with parents and other stakeholders, to mentoring and coaching staff, and identifying ways to improve processes and operations at the centre.
Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.
In order to qualify for SFEC funding, the trainee, must commence the course between 1 April 2023 to 30 June 2023

• A local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree with at least 1-year relevant working experience
• State-recognized University Degree in any discipline where the medium of instruction is English and with at least 1-year relevant working experience.
