About this course

Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to

1. • Process organisation’s centralised and decentralised e-commerce operations purchasing orders
2. • Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end purchasing process to ensure efficient order tracking, goods receiving, and shipment management
3. • Communicate effectively with customers to address their queries and provide satisfactory solutions
4. • Demonstrate proficiency in inventory control and management to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory
