AETOS Training Academy (ATA) will be adopting and acceding to the MHA requirements in enhancement to the mandatory training for Security Officers. ATA will develop and conduct the WSQ Integrated Security module, Provide Guard & Patrol Services and Operate Basic Security Equipment, upon the course accredited by SSG. As for SOs, the new knowledge and abilities aim to help equip them with the necessary skills required to meet the rigour of operating advanced security technology as more Security Agencies and Service Buyers adopt Outcome-Based Contracts. This training will develop skillsets across, technology, process, people & specialised skills and uplift the security workforce.
Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

Nationality
Singapore Citizens, Malaysian Citizens who are Singapore Permanent, holders of Work Permits or Employment Passes.
Age
The minimum entry age for learners shall be 18 years old and above at the time of application.
Physical and Medical Requirements
Learners must have been certified by a medical doctor to be physically fit for work.
Education Qualifications
The minimum entry educational qualification for learners shall be 3 GCE ‘N” Level credits, 3 SPM Credits, NITEC or their equivalent.
Entry Requirements
Learners must;
• Be able to read, write and speak English at WPL Level 4
• Be able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
• Be able to act in a professional manner
• Be able to observe confidently
• Be vigilant at all times
