This course is specifically designed to help leaders empower their teams to adopt the mindset and toolset of Systems Thinking into their day-to-day work, take a wider perspective and overall be better able to solve complex problems. You will learn the fundamentals and key principles underlying Systems Thinking as well as practical tools to turn your people into effective systems thinkers.
Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

Intermediate - PME & Non-PME
It is assumed that the participant’s should minimally possessed the following profile:
• Possess minimum of Diploma or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 2 years or more of work experience; and
• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
