Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

• Minimum GCE “O” Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ LV6) workplace Literacy
• With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial working experience in retail or Profession-al/Managerial/Management Executive (PME) position in non-retail sector.
• Industry practitioners who have the relevant work experience from other service industries or sectors wanting to enhance their knowledge and skills, wanting to expand their job portfolio or are seeking national certification/qualification in the Retail industry.
• Career switchers with managerial or leadership experience, or individuals in other related industries or wanting to join the retail industry
• As this is a E-learning course, learners require a working electronic device equipped with a working web camera and Zoom software installed.
•Assessment are conducted on-site face to face.
