What you'll learn

1. This 3-day course adopts a mix of lectures, e-Learning and hands-on activities. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills needed to be a survey interviewer. The coverage of realistic industry scenarios and examples will enhance participants learning. Participants’ interviewing skills will be further honed though mock interviews. Participants will also be focused on the initial stages of ensuring that the data collected is of good quality.
