This module provides insight and guidance for an investment management professional or individual to understand the concepts and process of building a professional portfolio of underlying income and capital gain assets. The investment principles of objectives development, portfolio construction, performance management and risk management will be covered. Participants would be able to use the knowledge gain to develop an individual investment portfolio as well as develop a meaningful network of like-minded individuals who had completed the course with them. This module will be very useful for participants thinking about retirement planning or aggressively pursuing an investment growth strategy.

It is highly advisable that participants had completed Professional Certificate in Real Estate Investments Module 2,3 and 4 as a precursor to taking this course. Otherwise a qualifying experience of at least 5 years in a relevant industry would allow an individual for be eligible for consideration for this module.
