This course introduces basic financial concepts to participants to enable them to appreciate the usefulness of financial statements and the process of budgeting. Participants will also learn the procurement process including sourcing strategies, supplier selection and management strategies and digital transformation in procurement. Participants will gain insights to risk management, a key aspect in procurement, which aims to systematically analyse, assess and mitigate risk.

If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

5 GCE ‘O’ Level Examination passes including attaining the following grades in:
