Embark on a transformative journey of innovation with our Design Thinking Mastery Course. This immersive program equips learners to tackle real-world challenges such as Sales, Customer Service, Risk Management, Innovation, Communication, etc. Through a dynamic blend of theory and hands-on practice, participants will master the principles of customer-centric design, creative ideation, and rapid prototyping.
Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.

• This course is suitable for people of at least 21 years old with at least a diploma or a university degree.
• Learners should be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in common office software.
• Commitment to actively participate in course activities, including group projects and discussions.
• Working experience is not required, but if the learner do not have the necessary educational qualifications, he will need to have at least 3 years of working experience.
