In this advanced course, participants will be enabled to promote a culture of continuous learning within the team and/or organization using different resources (e.g., MySkillsFuture Portal) to access new learning approaches and apply them at the workplace. Learners will be acquainted in anticipating emerging skills that the workforce might need to drive team performance which includes learning to identify learning goals, devising plan for long-term career development strategies, methods in tailoring learning approaches and assessing effectiveness of emerging trends to work performances.
Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding support are available for employers who sponsor employees for all training. You can find a breakdown of all SkillsFuture training subsidies for employers.
If your business meets SME criteria, you are eligible to enjoy up to 90% in Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) for any SC, PR or LTVP+ employee that you sponsor for training, on top of baseline subsidies.
