Develop sustainable workplace learning systems to enhance business transformation

The National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning (NACE) was set up in July 2018 and led by Nanyang Polytechnic, supported by SkillsFuture, with the aim to help enterprises bridge the gap between skills acquisition and utilisation at the workplace.

Partnering world-renowned institutions from Switzerland – Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training (SFUVET), and Germany – IHK (Chamber of Commerce & Industry), NACE is able to help you strengthen workplace learning practices to enhance employees’ performance, improve retention rates, advance competency development and foster a learning culture.

How you can benefit

  • Harness the power of learning at the workplace by formalising on-the-job training to optimise performance and business impact
  • Develop a culture of coaching and mentoring to enable effective transfer of learning
  • Build a learning culture and strengthen employee experience as employees feel invested in their skills development

Subsidies and funding

  • SMEs can receive up to 90% funding for all course fees & training consultancy projects
  • Non-SMEs can receive up to 70% funding for all course fees & funding for all training consultancy projects
